Description

Do you enjoy building with LEGO? Ever dream of building and programming a robot? If you answered yes to these questions, this class is for you! Students will gain real-world problem-solving experience through this guided, hands-on course.

Friendly competition is at the heart of this challenge, as teams of students engage in problem-solving, coding, and engineering challenges. From a break-dancing robot to a racing rhino, students will build and program fully autonomous LEGO Spike Prime robots to complete various challenges.

No prior technical, programming, or building experience is necessary.

Objectives

  • Learn how to build programmable robots using Lego SPIKE Prime Robot kits.

  • Learn to work effectively in teams to produce functional autonomous robots to solve various challenges
