Description
This class introduces students to the creation of animated .gif files. They will learn how to use drawing tablets to bring their ideas to life on the computer screen. Students will create multiple GIFs ranging from simple 2 frames to short stories that they will bring to life through images and text. They will learn about storylines, design, 2D animation, and how to use the Krita Software.
Objectives
Students will be able to create a silent animation using Krita software and drawing tablet.
Students will be able to create a short story with images and text.
Students will effectively explore Krita software and apply their own sketches and styles with a drawing tablet to create an original animated image with a story line.
